15 Minute Break

Terms of Use

Effective June 2026

By using 15 Minute Break, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

15 Minute Break provides a timed, low-stimulation break experience in your browser. It is offered as-is for personal use. Features may change or be removed without notice.

We may offer paid features in the future. If we do, separate payment terms will apply.

Not medical care

15 Minute Break is not medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Do not use this site instead of professional care. If you have severe symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, weakness, confusion, or dangerously high blood pressure, seek urgent medical help.

The "Calm down" and other break contexts are for general de-stimulation only. They are not clinical programs and make no health claims.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for using the site safely — including not operating vehicles or machinery while distracted, and stepping away from the screen when appropriate.

You must not misuse the site, attempt to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it in ways that harm others or violate law.

Data and privacy

By using the site, you acknowledge that we collect anonymous usage data and approximate location data (such as country, and when available city, region or state, and timezone) as described in our Privacy Policy.

This data helps us operate the service, count breaks, and improve the product. It is not used to identify you personally unless you voluntarily submit an email address with feedback.

We do not require personal data to use the break experience. Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or that a break will resolve stress, health issues, or work problems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
